COVID-19 and Our Dealerhship
We hope you and your families are safe at this time. We are here to serve all of your Sales, Service, and Parts needs. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, how we conduct business with our customers has changed. We have and will continue to adhere to all guidance regarding social distancing, and personal and workplace hygiene practices. Please see below for some extra precautions we are taking at this time.
Facility Cleanliness for Sales, Service, & Parts Departments:
- All Service team members, both Sales and Technicians, wear rubber gloves when doing any work on a customer car.
- All touch-points of vehicle interiors are cleaned with disinfectants before returning to customers.
- We are employing extra cleaning on high traffic areas throughout the dealerships (tables, chairs, doorknobs, railing, counter tops, etc.) using disinfectant wipes.
- Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the showroom and service waiting areas.
- We continue to offer you a complimentary courtesy shuffle, when staffing is available. But this must be arranged PRIOR to your appointment.
- We are offering free pick-up and delivery to your home, when scheduling permits it. You must schedule this with our team PRIOR to appointment.
- As always, most of your shopping experience can we completed online or on the phone. Our team is available 7 days a week to help make your car buying experience as seamless as possible.
- We are offering ALL customers face masks & latex gloves.
Our Sales process has temporarily changed so we can safely serve our customers at this time:
- Our Sales Showroom is now open! Appointments are still recommended and you can shop our digital showroom online 24/7.
- Customers can schedule appointments for in-person delivery or at home delivery for any car purchase.
- If your lease is up, we can work with a sales associate for lease turn in.
- Can virtually work your deal at home through our Digital Retailing tool, over the phone with our Sales Team, or schedule an appointment.
Our Hours of Operation have changed for all departments:
- Sales: Our Showroom is now open Monday-Thursday, 9am to 6pm, and Friday-Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Our digital showroom is open 24/7 and we are taking in-person appointments, but you must confirm with the Sales Team prior to appointment.
- Service & Parts: Our Service & Parts department is open for in-person visits Monday-Thursday, 7am to 6pm, Friday, 7am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 2pm, but we are open Monday through Saturday by phone to answer or address any questions or concerns you may have.
